From the outskirts of the hugely cultured city of Bristol, home to many diverse and talented artists. I grew up with 3 brothers and son to a pretty much single mother struggling through life. I fell in love with Hip-Hop after listening to Tupacs ‘Changes’ on The Box back in 1998. That’s where it all started and from that moment my love for poetry and Hip-Hop started to grow day by day, rhyme by rhyme. My Mother was a big influence back then always playing soul and Motown records which is probably why my love for music runs through my veins. My biggest influences are Common, Talib Kweli, Kanye (Early), Mos Def, Nas and Tupac, but also listened to the likes of Immortal Technique, Eminem, The Game and 50 Cent growing up as a teen. The aim with this music is to entertain, inspire and raise awareness where possible. As there seems to be a lack of knowledge being sent out to the kids of the future.
“I just want to give a HUGE shout out to B-Lash, because without him none of this would be happening. He’s supplied me with beats and believed in me from the beginning… and this is only the beginning”.
